Official Rules for The 2024 The Golf Clubs Holiday Party Closest to the Pin Competition

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility
This competition is open to all individuals who are age 18 or older and residents of California. Employees of The Golf Clubs, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally paid by The Golf Clubs are not eligible to win prizes.

GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES

How to Enter
All participants in the "Closest to the Pin" competition automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter.

Sweepstakes Prize

• Grand Prize: One night with a Rolls Royce for a dinner outing (approximate retail value: $1,225).

• Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random in a drawing conducted on December 21, 2024. The winner will be notified in person or via email or phone within 1 day of the drawing.

FIRST PRIZE CONTEST

Contest Description
The "Closest to the Pin" contest is a skill-based competition. Participants will aim to hit their ball closest to the pin using the indoor golf simulator. The participant whose ball lands closest to the pin will be awarded the First Prize.

Contest Prizes

• First Prize: Gift Card value: $100 and Free Membership to Indoor Golf Simulator Club value: $374.

Judging Criteria
The "closest to the pin" distance will be determined by the golf simulator software measuring the distance from the ball's landing point to the pin. Decisions by the contest officials are final and binding.

Tie-Breaker
In the event of a tie, a playoff will be conducted to determine the winner. Each tied participant will take one additional shot, and the closest distance will be used to break the tie.

General Terms for Both Prizes

• Taxes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prize.

• Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Golf Clubs from any claims arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

• Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
